The “Restructuring and Insolvency Management” certificate course, which the Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences possesses on the list, hass been devised to address the vast array of specific knowledge and competence needed for performing adequately the complex process of dealing with corporate predicaments through reorganization. Many spheres of company procedures have to be taken into account: first, the detection of a problem along the value chain, for which accounting analysis and familiarity with accounting law are essential; then, the strategic and creative thinking in terms of company insolvency protection through reorganization, for which corporate, tax, labour, insolvency laws should be known. The last stage of the process is the practical application of the knowledge acquired through case study seminars. The program is eight months long, twelve credits are obtained after nine academic tasks submissions. The prospects for future professional realization are vast.
