Suitable for people with first commercial knowledge and service-specific practical experience, the certificate further education “Service Leadership Certificate (Lufthansa)” course at Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences continues for seven months and gives 24 credits. The four modules end each with an examination in the form of project work, online test or face-to-face, if so preferred. It is internationally recognized and can serve as support for future undergraduate academic studies. Service industry faces great challenges in the rapidly changing corporate, social and political environments.
