The four-semester part-time study program “Master of Arts in Culture – Education – Participation. Art & Education in Early Childhood” offered by Fliedner University of Applied Sciences provides an education for which the prior experience of the students is an essential foundation. Students are taught how to deal with the interplay between culture, education and participation as well as how to create cultural education, suitable for children. Furthermore, participants will get personal mediation experience via collaboration with a number of famous cultural organizations with unique competences in the field of early childhood and cultural education. Students gain knowledge from the areas of artistic practice, project funding and management, early childhood and cultural education. The goal of the program is to cultivate a professional and self-reflective character. Graduates are qualified to work in cultural institutions, youth and cultural offices and etc.
