The five-semester part-time study program “MBA in Social and Health Care” offered by Fliedner University of Applied Sciences provides students with an education which develops their management abilities. It is therefore suitable for already working people in social affairs or a similar field, who are ready to take up management roles. The course of study prepares students for leadership roles in non-profit organizations and provides comprehensive understanding of the fields that are now posing a challenge to institutions in the social and health care sectors. Moreover, individual coaching is available to promote the development and enhancement of leadership capabilities. The curriculum is compound of obligatory modules and 4 electives ones. Available for the students are stakeholder management in social contexts, entrepreneurship, leadership and leadership personality, and etc. Graduates are qualified for taking up management positions in the social and health institutions, associations and organization in the third sector, and etc.
