The seven-semester full-time study program ``Bachelor of Arts in Nursing and Health`` offered by Fliedner University of Applied Sciences provides students with a thorough both theoretical and practical education. The course`s purpose is to teach students how to organize and deliver treatment in a professional, empirically-based, situation-appropriate, and method-oriented way. This aim is attained through the students` academic and nursing competencies. In terms of content, students engage with a wide range of very complicated nursing activities, contributing to their knowledge and growth. Some of the topics that are discussed in the classes are methods and instruments of professional care, nursing science and research, special care processes and others. Graduates of the program are qualified in taking care of patients, health promotion and prevention, guidance of patients and relatives and etc.
