The five-semester part-time study program “Master of Arts in Vocational Education in Nursing and Health” offered by Fliedner University of Applied Sciences is suitable for students who want to become teachers in Nursing at health at vocational and technical schools. The Master`s program is the consequent choice of study after the Bachelor`s degree in nursing education, but also of other relevant bachelor degrees. Based on the prior education, students specialize, regarding their future teaching area. The curriculum is consisted of three continuous pillars – study of educational science, study of professional specialization of nursing, and study of the professional field of health. Currently there is a high demand of the teaching areas of nursing and health. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates work as teachers at vocational and technical schools, work in the fields educational research or in the management of educational institutions.
