The program „Master of Arts in Art History in a Global Context: Focus on East Asia” at the Free University of Berlin has a continuation of four semesters. The study introduces students to the art of all genres and cultures of China, Korea, and Japan. The curriculum includes compulsory modules such as Epochs and Cultures and East Asia, Genres, Topics and Discourses, East Asia, as well as some optional modules from which students can choose. The admission requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in East Asian art history and good English skills. Graduates receive a thorough scientific knowledge and advanced professional skills.
