The “Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Teacher Training’’ study program offered by Free University of Berlin is a six-semester course designed by the Institute of Chemistry and Biochemistry. It is a study program created in two variations: Major subject in a combi bachelor with teacher training and Minor subject in a combi bachelor with teacher training. The course explore the structure, synthesis, and different transformations of natural substances. The participants will have the chance to deepen their theoretical knowledge with extensive practice. The study program is focus on all basic components - inorganic, organic and physical chemistry. Among the key subjects of the course are: Biochemistry, Crystallography, Macromolecular Chemistry, Radiochemistry, and Theoretical Chemistry. Additionally, students can further specialize in a selected Chemistry field.
