The “Master of Arts in Classical Archaeology” course at the Free University of Berlin has a length of four semesters. The program focuses students on objects, works of art and artefacts from Greek and Roman culture (c. 1500 BC to AD 500). Students acquire visual and media skills, reconstruction abilities, various methods, methodological and analytical competencies. In addition, the training offers the opportunity for students to stay abroad for six semesters. Graduates can begin a job in museums, monument protection, cultural and educational management, youth and adult education, tourism industry and other prospects.
