The full-time study “Master of Science in Epidemiology” at the Free University of Berlin is two semesters long and instructed in English. The program offers students advanced interdisciplinary education to focus their methodological knowledge and expand their competencies in research. The training includes ten modules and consists of methodological compulsory modules, elective modules, project work and a Master’s thesis. The curriculum includes the subjects of Phases of the research process, Development of questions, Survey instruments and study designs, data collection and field study and others. To apply, candidates should have a first professional university degree and qualified professional experience.
