The program “Master of Education in Ethics/Philosophy” at the Free University of Berlin is four semesters long. The course aims to teach students, under the guidance of a tutor, to plan, deliver and reflect on lessons based on school and target criteria. Students gain an understanding of specialized disciplines, subject didactics, pedagogical sciences and develop social, personal and communication skills. The entrance qualification is a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant course. Graduates are qualified to teach ethics or philosophy professionally in schools.
