Description

The master course “Master of Arts in Integrated Chinese Studies” at the Free University of Berlin has a continuation of two semesters. The program examines the modern Chinese language and the historical, political, social, economic, linguistic and cultural processes that have led to the transformation of the contemporary language. The main aim of the course is to provide students with a B2 level in Chinese. The syllabus includes the two profile areas of study Chinese cultural studies or Chinese social science studies. Students study subjects such as Advanced Chinese, Theories and Discourses of Cultural Studies in China, Methods and working techniques of Chinese cultural studies and more.
