The consecutive course “Master of Arts in Integrated Japanese Studies” at the Free University of Berlin has a length of two semesters. The program extends and deepens the already acquired fundamentals of Japanese in the Bachelor’s degree. The focus of the training is either on cultural studies or social studies. Entrance requirements are a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies or equivalent university degree and a B2 level in English. Graduates gain professional qualifications in the field and pursue careers in education, communications, companies and organisations and other opportunities.
