The “Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy for Teaching Philosophy with Teacher Training’’ study program offered by Free University of Berlin is a six-semester course designed by the Institute of Philosophy. It is a study program created in two variations: Major subject in a combi bachelor with teacher training and Minor subject in a combi bachelor with teacher training. The educational course combines basic Philosophical and Ethics questions about general knowledge, human actions, motives and people’s hope. The program aims to develop the participants’ critical thinking and connections with other educational contexts. Among the mains subjects are also Religion and Culture. An additional focus is put on the pedagogical knowledge too.
