The degree course “Master of Arts in School Development in Line with Teaching of Democratic Principles and Social Skills” at the Free University of Berlin has a duration of two semesters. The main focus of the program is on democratic education school development and the promotion of social skills. The training concentrates on developing learning opportunities and processes for school development. During the study, students learn to plan and implement the best appropriate development processes in their work.
