The consecutive course “Master of Science in Statistics” at the Free University of Berlin has a continuation of four terms. The program is conducted in cooperation with Technical University Berlin, Free University Berlin, Humboldt University of Berlin and Charité Berlin. The course contains a compulsory area that aims to create a solid mathematical foundation in probability theory and mathematical statistics. The curriculum incorporates the courses Stochastics, Econometric Methods, Multivariate Statistical Analysis and Advanced Econometrics. Furthermore, the program offers students multiple options for specialization such as Statistical Inference, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods of Financial Markets and other topics.
