The “Bachelor of Science in Health Economics and Health Policy” is a 6-semester program conducted in German and English. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on health economics, health policy, and social law. Students will gain in-depth theoretical knowledge in the subject. Additionally, the program is practice-oriented and gives students the opportunity to acquire hands-on experience and key competencies needed for day-to-day operations. Also, the BSc promotes the development of soft skills such as leadership, project management, organisation and negotiation, and more. Graduates are qualified for work in social insurance agencies, public authorities, umbrella organisations of health care service providers, independent social welfare organisations, trade unions, and central business associations.
