Description
The “Master of Science in International Food Business and Consumer Studies” is an English-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is designed for applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional, Food and Consumer Sciences, Food Technology, Agricultural Sciences or related subjects. During their education, students will dive deep into 3 key areas - science, social sciences, and economics. They’ll have the opportunity to diversify their studies and further their qualifications by choosing elective modules. The MSc is practice-oriented and encourages participants to carry out a project individually and gain interdisciplinary and intercultural project management skills. Graduates are qualified to pursue managerial positions in areas such as quality management, innovation management and information management, consumer-oriented product development, and international marketing. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
