Description
The “Bachelor of Science in International Health Sciences” is a 7-semester program conducted in German and English. A focal point of the program is analysing the Challenges, Structures and Strategies in Global Health. Students will dive deep into the global burden of diseases, the different health systems, and global health policy institutions. During the course of education, participants will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll have the opportunity to personalise their studies by choosing a specialization between Health Promotion, Health Economics and Health Policy, and Health Management. Furthermore, students will acquire intercultural and foreign language skills, as well as professional core competencies. Graduates are qualified to pursue a career in development cooperations, international organisations, in the health care and social sectors, corporate health management with internationally active companies, and more. Graduates can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
