The “Bachelor of Science in Nursing” is a German-taught program with a duration of 8 semesters. The curriculum provides students with fundamental Medical and scientific knowledge and familiarises them with the political, legal, and economic aspects of Nursing and General Health Care. Throughout their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience and professional core competencies via practice-oriented seminars and simulated nursing situations in the university’s modern labs. Furthermore, the BSc is research-oriented and enables participants to learn valuable methodological and analytical skills needed to successfully undertake a scientific project. Graduates are qualified to work as out-patient and in-patient nursing in preventive, curative, rehabilitative, or palliative areas of the health system or pursue a subsequent Master’s degree.
