The doctoral program “Biomedical Engineering” is a 3-year long program conducted in English and German. Throughout their studies, participants will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. They’ll focus mainly in research work in the technology, medicine, biophysics, biology and biochemistry sectors. Also, they can align their education to their interests by taking up elective modules. Through various case studies and group projects, students will gain hands-on experience and industry-specific skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume leadership positions in biomechanical engineering, biomedical instrumentation and imaging, computational neuroscience, and health care engineering.
