The “Bachelor of Science in Geosciences” is a 6-semester long program taught in German. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses in Geology, Paleontology and Stratigraphy, Petrology and Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Hydrogeochemistry, and more. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their qualifications. Through various case studies and group projects, participants will gain hands-on experience and industry-specific skills. Furthermore, the BSc promotes the development of soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in  (non-)university research institutions, environmental protection, construction and water management, and more.
