The “Master of Engineering in Lean Management in Civil Engineering” is a part-time, German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is suitable for applicants with a relevant Bachelor’s who wish to further their qualifications. Throughout their studies, participants will focus on Lean Management, Construction Project Management, Life Cycle-Oriented Building, Construction Business Administration, Building Information Modelling, etc. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of application-oriented seminars and diversify their education. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, participants will acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills.
