The doctoral program “Mechanical Engineering” is a 3-year program taught in German and English. It builds on the corresponding Master’s degree offered at University of Technology. The aim of the program is to deepen their knowledge and introduce them to more complex matters. Throughout their studies, participants will focus mainly on research work in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Also, they can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their education. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, students will gain hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills. Graduates are qualified to pursue academic careers in the fields of mechanical engineering and materials science.
