The “Master of Science in Molecular Microbiology” is a 4-semester program taught in German. It is suitable for applicants with a relevant Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. Throughout their studies, participants will deepen their knowledge in Microbiology and Infection Biology, Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, Systems Biology and Bioinformatics, and more. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their education. The MSc is research-oriented and aims to provide participants with the social, methodological, and analytical skills needed to carry out scientific work. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in medical and pharmaceutical research, environmental analysis, agricultural research, and more.
