Description
The “Master of Science in NATM Engineering” is a part-time, English-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. It is designed for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses with a focus on Introduction to the New Austrian Tunnelling Method, Exploration and Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Design, Tunnel Design & Layout, Analytics, Risk Analysis, Tunnel Safety, etc. Additionally, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. The MEng is application-oriented and aims to provide participants with hands-on experience and professional core competencies. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in the fields of construction planning, consulting and supervision of construction, construction management, etc.
