Corporate Governance deals with the systems of directing and control of companies. Corporate Governance includes the management of all the factors that contribute to the successful running of any organization – finances, human resources, functions and activities –, and using them effectively in order to meet goals and objectives. Corporate Governance establishes a system of rules and practices that govern the management of organizations. This includes operational management, strategic management, corporate policy, corporate planning, corporate ethics, value-based management, and employee-based management. The main aim of Corporate Governance is to provide effective and sustainable management concepts that lead to companies’ success.
