Provided by the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences the study course “Master of Science in Applied Biomedical Engineering” is with a total duration of six semesters. Throughout the course, students explore the advanced procedures, refined technologies, innovative systems, efficient management and obtain knowledge of the development of new application scenarios or the integration of microsystems and information technology into diagnostics. The program combines scientific, medical as well as business administration principles and participants will gain strong practical experience in the subjects of Bio-microsystems technologies and intelligent diagnostics as well as Biomedical Physics. The bachelor enhances important personal skills and competencies in communication and decision-making bases and by successfully completing the master degree the graduates will be able to specialize in hospitals, medical practices, medical and pharmaceutical companies.
