With a duration of seven semesters the “Bachelor of Science in Intercultural Business Psychology” is a German and English-taught study course provided by the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences. The course aim is to provide students with the important knowledge of the psychological principles of intercultural communication and impart the necessary intercultural competencies. During their studies, the prospective students will be able to analyze the social interactions in the working world as well as the contacts between companies and their customers in human science methods perception while imparting human science methodological competence and forming strong teamwork abilities. After completing the degree, graduates have the access to human resource management area as well as fields of marketing and market research as well as large management consulting firms.
