Description


In the Digital Marketing major of the Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, we teach you the knowledge, the concepts and practice the methods to develop business strategies and digital business models based on market trends and to implement agile innovation of digital products.

We teach you the basics of brand management as well as the special features of digital branding. Understanding the online behavior of consumers, combined with the appropriate tools of Customer Experience Management, offers the opportunity to optimally align the company with customer-centricity.

As a crucial information and data base for optimizing and partially automating digital marketing decisions, you will learn how to design marketing research, how to use the technical and conceptual foundations of big data analytics as well as the basic methods of data science in marketing.

Last but not least, we teach and practice with you the strategic planning and operational implementation of a digital marketing concept, the control of digital marketing instruments and channels – such as social media, influencer, search engine marketing, etc. – up to the control of their effectiveness by measuring success / marketing analytics and their automation possibilities.
