Description

Digitization, digital transformation, Industry 4. 0, Internet of Things, e-commerce and digital business models are not just trends and buzzwords! These are topics that we encounter today in virtually every industry and every company, from start-ups to medium-sized companies to global corporations, in a wide variety of ways – not only on Google, Amazon and Facebook.

They are key drivers of innovation, new business models and new business start-ups.

Technologies such as cloud, big data, artificial intelligence, mobile apps, but also the further development of the World Wide Web, combined with correspondingly powerful hardware and Gigabit Internet speed, open up new and complex applications.

Agile software development methods, such as Scrum or Git, which are spreading to other business areas, are leading to new ways of working and cultural change.

Companies are therefore increasingly in demand for engineers who are able to deal with such complex digital applications and methods and, in particular, are able to bridge the gap between the underlying business and its commercial levers.
