This major in industrial engineering combines engineering with natural science and technology. HDBW students deal with topics such as renewable energies, energy supply, but also with environmental protection. In addition, the focus of study addresses the development of sustainable energy systems, which are indispensable for the future.

The following modules are available:

• Introduction to energy and environmental technology
• Regenerative energy systems
• Energy and environment policy
• Resource efficiency
• Environmental management

We provide students with insights into energy and environmental technology in order to prepare them optimally for future complex situations and to become experts in the field of energy and environmental management.
