The “Master of Science in Advanced Practice Midwifery” is a German-taught program with a duration of 5 semesters. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the Health University of Applied Sciences. Throughout their studies, participants will deepen their knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Diagnostics and Treatment, Obstetrics, Public Health, Promotion, Surgical Perineal Care, and more. Additionally, the program offers participants a plethora of elective modules to choose from and diversify their education. The MSc is application-oriented and aims to prepare students for the dynamic environment of the field. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume leadership positions in healthcare institutions.
