Description

The academic course "Anesthetic Care” is a 3-semester long program taught in German. It is offered as a part-time study, suitable for applicants who wish to further their qualifications. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses in Special Physiology, Pathology, and Pharmacology, Resuscitation and Shock Therapy, General and Special Anesthetic Procedures, Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition, Applied Hygiene, Biomedical Engineering, and more. The program is application-oriented and aims to provide them with hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills. Upon completion of the course, graduates are qualified to work as anaesthetic nurses.
