Description

The academic course “Intensive Care” is a German-taught, part-time program conducted in German. Throughout their studies, participants will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. They’ll focus mainly on Special Physiology, Pathology, and Pharmacology, Resuscitation and Shock Therapy, Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition, Ventilation Procedures and Ventilation Therapy, Law, Professional Studies and the Nursing Process in Intensive Care, and more. Additionally, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. The course is application-oriented and aims to prepare participants for the dynamic working environment. Graduates are qualified to work in intensive care units and monitoring wards.
