The “Master of Arts in Digital Business Psychology” is a 4-semester long program conducted in German. It is designed for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The focal point of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. The curriculum includes advanced courses in Personality, Developmental And Social Psychology, People & Ethics, Sustainability and Digital Process Management, Organizational Psychology & Agility, Leadership and Motivational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Sales Management & Digitization, etc. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, participants will acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for a successful career. The MA prepares participants for work in personnel and organization, sales & e-commerce, customer experience management, coaching & consulting, transformation and change management, etc.
