The “Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management” is a 7-semester long program conducted in German and English. During their education, students will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Strategic Management and Controlling, Economics, Law in Tourism and Hospitality, Hospitality Supply Chain Management, Restaurant Management & System Catering, etc. The BA is application-oriented and aims to teach participants how to implement their knowledge into practice. Through various case studies and group projects, they’ll gain hands-on experiance and industry-specific skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in Corporate Development, Revenue Management, Sales and Human Resources, Concept Developments, Restaurant Management, etc. Graduates can also opt for a later Master’s degree.
