The “Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Resources” is a German-taught program with a duration of 7 semesters. Throughout their education, students will gain a fundamental understanding of General Management, Operational Personnel Management, International and Intercultural Aspects of Human Resources, HR Research and Development, and Legal Issues Relating to Human Resources. Additionally, participants can diversify their education by taking up elective modules. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, students gain hands-on experience and key competencies. Also, the BA promotes the development of soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication and organisation, etc. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in personnel planning, recruiting or personnel development. The BA is also the foundation for a later Master’s degree.
