The “Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering” is a 3-semester long program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at Heilbronn University. The aim of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. It offers them the opportunity to set their career paths early on by choosing a specialisation in Materials Processing & Engineering or Automotive Engineering. The MEng is research-oriented and aims to provide participants with the technical and analytical skills needed to conduct scientific work independently. The program prepares participants for managerial positions in various areas linked to the mechanical engineering industry. Graduates can also opt for a later doctoral degree.
