The “Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and Robotics” is a 7-semester long program conducted in German and English. The curriculum includes multifaceted courses with a focus on 4 key areas - Control Engineering and Mathematical Methods, Robotics, Sensors and Actuators, Construction, and Information Technology. Students can also choose from a plethora of elective modules in order to personalise their education. The BEng is application-oriented and aims to teach them how to implement their knowledge into practice. Through various case studies and group projects, students will acquire hands-on experience and key competencies. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in control of machines, applications of industrial robots and the development of newly emerging service robots.
