The “Master of Science in Business Psychology” is a 4-semester program taught in German. It is suitable for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their education. The MSc aims to deepen the knowledge of students and provide them with sound practical training. The curriculum includes multifaceted courses in Organizational Development and Change Management, Aptitude and Organizational Diagnostics, Working and Learning with New Media, as well as Interaction in Organizations and Distance Leadership. Students will acquire key competencies and hands-on experience which prepares them for the dynamic environment of the field. Graduates are qualified to pursue managerial positions in various sectors of the field.
