The “Bachelor of Arts in Health and Social Management” is a German-taught program with a duration of 7 semesters. Throughout their education, students will gain in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in leadership and management, Business Administration, Psychology, occupational health management,  quality management, Business Law, personnel management, and more. Additionally, participants can choose from a plethora of elective modules and further their qualifications. Through the practical phase in the 5th semester, students will acquire hands-on experience and get familiar with the dynamic environment of the profession. Furthermore, participants will acquire the analytical and methodological skills needed to carry out scientific work on their own. Graduates are qualified for the Management of functional units, Assumption of advisory and staff functions, Conception and management of projects, Internal training, and more.
