The “Bachelor of Arts in Nursing Management” is a 7-semester program conducted in German. In the first semesters, students will focus on nursing, methodological, business, health economic, and personnel management topics. Later on, they’ll dive into more complex subjects such as Nursing Science Basics, Nursing in Process, Nursing Science and Transfer, and Nursing Challenges. Students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll have the opportunity to choose a specialisation from Inpatient health care, Inpatient care for the elderly, and Outpatient services. The BA is practice-oriented and aims to familiarise participants with the working environment and prepared them for demanding tasks. Upon completion of the program, graduates can begin their career right away or pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
