DHGS German University for Health & Sport offers the full-time, seven-semester degree program “Bachelor of Science in Life Coaching”. Students have the opportunity to also study part-time. It combines both theory and practice, and will gain solid knowledge in variety of areas such as strategic life planning, psychology, communication science, stress management and many more. Participants can choose between three areas to specialize in Life Coaching & Organization, Nutrition & Health, or Health & Fitness. At the end of the studies, they are able to give professional advices to people, which can have impact on their physical and mental performance. Content of study includes the subjects Basics of Psychology, Empirical Social Research, Lifestyles & Nutrition. Completing the program qualifies graduates for career as a life coach.
