Leipzig Graduate School of Management offers the full-time Master’s course “Master of Science in Management”. It is a self-paced program of two years’ length, imparted entirely in English, and populated by an average of one-third of international students. The degree supposes one mandatory study period abroad in any of the 140 partnering universities across the globe, with a possibility of a double degree, one consulting project and, at least, one internship. The comprehensive upgraded curriculum poses contemporary issues for discussion, and supports managerial decisions in a real-time situation with the relevant scientific theory and evidence, caters for the networking style of work, and the independent progress of each participant, who the advisors and academic staff support in finding their unique functioning leadership style. Students’ aspirations are further backed up by proof from professional realization of former students, 95 percent of whom find a job as soon as they graduate, in a suitable career field, with a salary surpassing the average one for the country.
