The Leipzig Graduate School of Management provide an accredited full-time “Master of Business Administration” degree course. It evolves in an international setting, since groups are formed up of 90 % students from different countries, there is a term abroad and a double degree option, where around 140 universities worldwide participate as hosts. There is a statistically large percentage of graduates who find an entry position within three months after graduation, and yet a bigger one, who see an increase in their salary for having done the degree course. Overall, it is estimated that the investment in the degree course pays off in just three years after having been completed. There are several pivots that the program revolves around – functional skills, practical experience, soft skills and personal growth.
