The part-time “Master of Business Administration” degree program can be attended throughout a twenty-four-month study period at Leipzig Graduate School of Management. It is scheduled into seventeen weekends and two residential weeks at the campus. The degree is conducted entirely in English, there is also a global immersion seminar in Boston, plus a study term abroad and an option for a double degree. The student groups also primarily consist of international students, most of who already possess considerable working experience. An atmosphere of networking and community building is achieved through various means – fruitful discussions during seminar times, alumni support and experience sharing, promotion of the entrepreneurial mindset of students, whose strongest asset is building cooperative and functional teams. Overall, the MBA part-time degree propagates the same principles as the regular one – practical experience to serve as the testing ground for the functional knowledge, and the development of soft and leadership skills.
