At Leipzig Graduate School of Management, executives can enroll in a course on “Merger Integration Management”, with a suitable timetable for their agenda and responsibilities. The three modules, of three days each, are conducted in German, and their aim is to support the expertise of those executives, who will be in charge of the merger and acquisition processes a company might face. In such corporate processes all these perspectives will have to play a role – strategy, HR, finance, control, process, project and change management. The studies will evaluate the success factors and the merger potential of companies. The stages of preparation, evaluation of motives, risks and success, integration, and risk management are the highlights of the program. The course also aims to build a cooperative exchange of ideas among peers and lecturers, and a support group for further cooperation.
