The seminar on “Negotiation Management” will be analyzing and adopting the best practices for negotiation preparation, execution and evaluation, together with the most efficient instruments for these. The language of instruction is German. In each corporate level, and every department function, there is a need to perform negotiations on a daily basis, so the scope of possible participants is very large. The seminar will be held on two dates, and the working tasks will be simulation, discussion of video recordings and application exercises. The dynamic atmosphere of the sessions, apart from aiming at reproducing the real-life negotiation situations in focus, will also stimulate positively the creativity, participation motivation, and the learning experience of the attendees.
