Through the executive education offer of the Leipzig Graduate School of Management, the “Purpose Seminar” can be attended. It is a two-day event, conducted in German. The lecturers are erudite specialists on the interface between business, psychology, and personnel management. New outlook on leadership is presented with regard to decision making and everyday management tasks. The Leipzig leadership model is particularly examined, for the connections it makes among concepts like globalization, digitalization, ecology issues, on the one hand, and leadership, value, goals, on the other. It is also a leadership model founded on the principles of inclusion and supportive management structures. Overall, the seminar will engage participants in analyzing complex inner and external challenges for businesses regarding organization, employees’ motivation, responsibility, entrepreneurship.
